Privacy Policy

• Account information: your name, email address, and password when you register. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
• Purchase information: the product you bought, the amount, the date, and a Stripe transaction ID. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Email sign-ups: your email address and first name if you request a free download or join our email list.
• Messages to the AI assistants: what you type into the Mentor, Compliance Advisor, and Field Coach, and their replies, are saved to your account so you can return to the conversation.
• Support messages: anything you send us by email.

• Usage events: we record certain actions, such as viewing pages, starting checkout, and completing a purchase, to understand how the site is used and improve it.
• Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider records information such as your IP address, browser type, and device type in server logs.
• Saved on your own device: your checklist progress, worksheet answers, and a few display preferences are stored in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device and is not sent to us. Clearing your browser data erases it.

• to send you receipts, account messages, and, if you signed up, our emails (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• to understand how the site is used and improve it
• to comply with the law and enforce our Terms

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the Service, and only what they need:

• Base44, which hosts the site, accounts, and database
• Stripe, which processes payments
• AI model providers, which generate the assistants' replies to your messages
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google
• an email service provider, to send our emails

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Please do not enter signers' names, ID details, journal entries, loan details, or any other client information into the AI assistants or worksheets. The Service is not built to store that kind of information, and your state may restrict how you share it.

We keep your account and purchase records for as long as your account is open, and longer where we need them for tax, accounting, or legal reasons. Email-list information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing email, by writing to support@notarylaunchpro.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law. We will not treat you differently for using them. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and a trusted payment processor, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above, and for significant changes we will notify you by email or on the site.
