Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.

Products are digital and delivered online. The full roadmap unlocks Modules 2 through 9 and the You Layer inside your account. PDF guides are downloadable from the Store page. Product descriptions on the Store and Checkout pages describe exactly what each purchase includes. The roadmap does not include the PDF guides unless you buy them separately or as the bundle.

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as NotaryLaunch Pro continues to offer the product. If we ever discontinue a product, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email so you can download anything that is downloadable.

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own education and your own business. You may not:

• share your account or login with anyone else
• copy, resell, republish, or redistribute the roadmap content or PDF guides, in whole or in part
• use the content to create a competing course, guide, or training product
• scrape, download in bulk, or try to get around the paywall or access controls

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without a refund.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are charged once at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects a purchase you have already made.

All sales are final once your purchase is unlocked, with a few exceptions. See our Refund Policy for the details.

NotaryLaunch Pro is an educational resource. Nothing in the Service is legal, tax, financial, or business advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client or any other professional relationship. Notary laws differ by state and change often, so you are responsible for following the rules of your own state. Please read our Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.

The Mentor, Compliance Advisor, and Field Coach use artificial intelligence. Their answers can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Always confirm anything important, especially state law, with your state's official notary authority or a qualified professional. Do not enter signers' personal information, loan details, or other confidential information into the assistants.

You agree not to use the Service to break any law, harass anyone, upload harmful code, interfere with the Service, or misrepresent who you are.

All content in the Service, including text, checklists, worksheets, PDFs, graphics, and the NotaryLaunch Pro name and logo, belongs to NotaryLaunch Pro or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Except for the license above, no rights are granted to you.

The Service may link to or mention other websites, vendors, and products, such as state agencies, insurance providers, or signing services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. A mention is not an endorsement unless we say so.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, NotaryLaunch Pro makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee that you will get commissioned, get work, or earn any amount of money.

To the fullest extent the law allows, NotaryLaunch Pro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to defend and hold harmless NotaryLaunch Pro from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your notarial or signing-agent work.

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@notarylaunchpro.com. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as ownership, disclaimers, and limits on liability, survive after your access ends.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will notify you by email or on the site. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, please email us first at support@notarylaunchpro.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that is not resolved will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you and NotaryLaunch Pro agree to their jurisdiction.
