NotaryLaunch Pro is an educational resource for people who want to become notaries and loan signing agents. Please read this page carefully. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Not legal advice

Nothing in NotaryLaunch Pro, including the roadmap, PDF guides, worksheets, emails, and AI assistants, is legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. NotaryLaunch Pro is not a law firm, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship. For advice about your situation, talk to a licensed attorney, accountant, or other qualified professional.

2. Your state's rules come first

Notary requirements, fees, ID rules, journal rules, remote notarization, and signing-agent rules differ from state to state and change often. We work to keep the content accurate, but it may not reflect the current law in your state. Your state's commissioning authority, usually the Secretary of State, is the final word. You are responsible for knowing and following your state's laws.

3. Not affiliated with any agency or organization

NotaryLaunch Pro is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any state government, Secretary of State, the National Notary Association, any lender, title company, or signing service. Completing the roadmap does not give you a notary commission, a certification, or a credential.

4. No guarantee of results or income

Any examples of fees, income, or numbers of signings are illustrations, not promises and not typical results. Your results depend on your state, your market, your effort, your skills, and many factors we do not control. We do not guarantee that you will be commissioned, hired, or earn any amount of money.

5. Know your role at a signing

A notary and loan signing agent verifies identity, witnesses signatures, and completes notarial certificates. You must never explain the legal meaning of documents or give legal advice to signers. When signers have questions about their loan, refer them to their lender, title company, or attorney.

6. AI assistants can be wrong

The AI assistants generate answers automatically and can make mistakes or give out-of-date information. Verify anything important with official sources before relying on it.

7. Third-party mentions

We may mention vendors, tools, insurance providers, and services. These are for information only and are not endorsements unless clearly stated. Do your own research before buying anything.
